The commission ratio of agencies is floating according to the total weekly revenue of an agency. This total weekly revenue is made up of two parts:
1. Part One
Total weekly earning of all your hostesses.
2. Part Two
Total weekly revenue of all your sub-agents.
The agent’s daily commission rate is based on the total earnings of your hostesses and sub-agents over the past 30 days.
For new agents (with a registration duration of less than 30 days), the daily commission ratio is based on the total earnings of your hostesses and sub-agents from your registration day up to the previous day.
As Chamet Agent, Your commission ratio is applied to the total daily cashable amount of all your hostesses.
(Commission Ratio x Total Hostesses Cash-out)
Your daily commission from each sub-agent is calculated as follows:
( Your daily commission ratio – your sub-agent’s daily commission ratio ) x sub-agent’s total daily revenue.
Note: You may need to perform this calculation for each sub-agents you have.
The commission ratio is variable and based on the total earnings over the past 30 days.
Case 1 : Chamet Agent A has no hostesses, but has sub-agents B, C, and D.
Case 2 : Chamet Agent A has direct hostesses, along with sub-agents B, C, and D.
Hostesses earn Beans through video calls and gifts. The earnings from video calls range between 1,200 Beans per minute and 6,000 Beans per minute.
Hostesses can choose any price within this range based on what they believe their callers can afford. Additionally, hostesses can earn more Beans by receiving gifts, each with varying Bean values.

Binding hostesses who have already worked with Chamet is not allowed. Cooperation will be terminated, and payments will be withheld upon discovery.

Agencies must not deduct payments from hostesses, since a separate commission is provided.

Chamet follows standard regulations for certain behaviors. If hostesses ignore these standards, including warnings, they will be removed from the Popular List. As a result, callers will no longer be able to find them until they correct their unqualified behaviors.
Here’s how to add new hosts to work under your Chamet agency using their own smartphones.
To bind a new hostess to your Chamet agency, send her your “Invitation Link for Hostess.” Here’s what your future Chamet hostess needs to do:

go to your Chamet agency dashboard, click on My Profile, and then select Bind Wallet.

Click on Go to MetWallet. Then, create a MetWallet account using your email or phone number.
Now, log in to your MetWallet account using your email or phone number.
Now click on the top left side menu option to do important verification steps of MetWallet.
Basic level verification: Fill the form with your real details, click on Confirm.
Semi-verified level: Upload your photo ID with the proper resolution, then click on Confirm.
Fully verified : Upload a photo of your residential proof (e.g., bank statement, utility bill, or government-authorized document), then click Confirm.
After completing the full verification, click on Link Account to bind your bank account or other payment method for withdrawals.
